Autism Speaks is seeking a Marketing Intern for the Spring semester! This is a 10-12 week remote program and students must be eligible for academic credit. This is an opportunity for an individual to gain valuable experience researching and coordinating promotional items, print materials and logistics for fundraising events. As a member of the marketing communications team, the intern will also assist with the development of campaign assets on our data asset management platform, implementing keywords and running data analysis of asset metrics.
At the end of this internship, the Intern will have working knowledge of coordinating and promoting fundraising events, including developing timelines, planning and estimating, managing campaign assets and tracking metrics which they will be able to translate into a broad range of marketing career opportunities.
The Marketing Intern will report to the Art Director of the Marketing Communications department. The intern will receive necessary training and staff supervision.

DUTIES:
- Learn the brainstorming process in creating promotional ideas, research, estimating and production of promotional items and print materials for fundraising events
- Learn the logistics of coordination of event collateral and management of digital campaign assets in our data asset management platform
- Learn the management of digital assets/images for marketing functionality
- Assist with tracking and reporting of campaign asset metrics (data analysis skills a plus)
- Eligible to receive academic credit
- Ability to work remotely
- Commitment to a flexible work schedule (approximately 15 hours per week during standard business hours)
- Superior organizational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools (DAM system experience a plus)
