Autism Speaks is seeking a Senior Coordinator of Peer-to-Peer Programs, responsible for supporting the strategic and operational plan for our TeamUp national endurance fundraising program. This role will drive revenue growth, enhance the participant experience, and ensure seamless execution of all program components.

Senior Coordinator position is remote, however ideally the individual will be located in Florida. We are open to nearby geography for the most qualified candidate.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Support the Manager, Peer-to-Peer Programs to drive daily operations and execution of the strategic fundraising plan for Autism Speaks’ TeamUp program and other P2P initiatives.
  • Partner with the Manager, Peer to Peer programs to drive performance and support the program in meeting or exceeding established revenue and participation goals by identifying opportunities, optimizing engagement strategies, and executing effective fundraising tactics.
  • Cultivate relationships with fundraising participants and teams through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and social media to enhance the participant experience and increase fundraising.
  • Monitor performance against revenue and participation goals; create and share reports to track progress and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Serve as the platform power user in fundraising systems including StratusLive, TeamRaiser, and Tatango.
  • With direction from Manager, oversee program timelines, communications, and engagement tools to recruit, train, and motivate participants to increase program revenue.
  • Lead social media efforts to increase program visibility, community engagement, and fundraising performance.
  • Support the implementation of the fundraising incentive program and app-based fundraising and activity challenges.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues affecting participant experience or program performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, digital, web, and donor support, to ensure consistent messaging and operational efficiency.
  • Manage all vanity email inboxes and provide best-in-class customer service.

Position Requirements 
Education: Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience 
Experience: 3+ years relevant experience with proven track record; strong background in peer-to-peer fundraising  

Specialized Skills and Knowledge:
  • Knowledgeable of fundraising systems and software, preferably Blackbaud Luminate and Stratus Live. 
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), as well as strong presentation skills   
  • Excellent project-management skills   
  • Critical thinking skills to identify issues, concerns and problems and develop solutions which can be implemented   
  • Proficiency with Office 365 (intermediate level)   
  • Database skillset (Stratus Live preferred)   
  • Clearly articulated passion for mission   
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends   
  • Flexibility to travel (approx. 20%)   
  • Ability to diplomatically engage with a variety of personalities in a positive manner.

Salary range is $50-$65k depending on candidate's relevant years of experience and geography.
